After extensive industry consultation, we are proud to announce the CRREM Foundation’s new governance structures. The CRREM Foundation’s governance consists of three distinct bodies, each with clearly defined roles and responsibilities as outlined in dedicated Terms of Reference documents. We invite the global real estate industry to participate in CRREM’s governance by applying to join one of our key oversight bodies.

1. CRREM Foundation Board
The CRREM Foundation Board oversees CRREM’s organizational strategy, as well as resource allocation and execution.

2. Technical Council
CRREM’s Technical Council is the key governing body responsible for the independent technical development, maintenance, and approval of the CRREM Pathways and CRREM Pathway Methodology. 3. Regional Advisory Committees
Regional Advisory Committees will provide instrumental insights into market nuance to support the CRREM Foundation Board with strategic direction and resource allocation. These are CRREM’s local “boots on the ground”. Details and Terms of Reference for the Regional Advisory Committees, as well as the application process, will be published later this year.
